To delete versions
You cannot delete the currently selected version or in-use version. If you want to delete the in-use version, you must first mark a different version as in-use.
To create, edit, delete, update, and mark in-use, you must have the security permissions "edit budget tab."
1.
Navigate to a version other than the one you want to delete by clicking its name in the version (
) drop-down list. The name of the currently selected version appears in red on the drop-down list.
2.
Select the check box next to the names of one or more versions to delete.
3.
Without leaving the drop-down list, click
Delete Selected Version(s)
.
4.
When prompted, click
OK
to confirm the deletion.
