To export grid data
You can export grid data in comma-separated value (.csv) format. Note the following.

All pages (if the data is paginated) are exported.
*
All rows except the Summary row are exported.
*
All columns (including hidden columns) are exported.
*
Exported rows are in the same order as in the current view. If you are viewing the grid alphabetized by ID, the exported data is also alphabetized by ID.

Navigate to the grid to export.

Click the Export icon (Up arrow out of bin image (small)).

In the File Download dialog box, choose one of the following.

Click Open to display the file in Microsoft™ Excel.
*
Click Save to save the file to disk.
*
Click Cancel to close the dialog box without exporting the data.
