To delete an approval
As the owner of the approval process, you can delete it at any time.
1.
Select Operations > Approvals.
2.
Select the check box next to the approvals you want to delete.
3.
Click Delete this Item (Page with X image) and click OK when IBM® Marketing Operations prompts you to confirm the deletion.

You cannot delete an approval that is linked to a workflow task.
