Enabling Adobe™ Acrobat markup
Users can chose Adobe™ markup for review. Enabling Adobe™ Acrobat markup disables the native Marketing Operations markup for all users.
1.
Click Settings > Configuration > Marketing Operations > umoConfiguration > markup.

Click Edit Settings.

Set the markupServerType property to SOAP.

Set the markupServerURL property to the URL for the Marketing Operations host server. Include the fully qualified host name and the port where the web application server listens.
Use this path format, with your values substituted for <server> and <port>.
http://<server>:<port>/plan/services/collabService?wsdl

Set the useCustomMarkup property to True.
If you want Windows™ users to use the Marketing Operations custom Send Comments button instead of the Adobe™ Send Receive Comments button, set the useCustomMarkup property to False. Users must then configure Acrobat to enable the Marketing Operations Comments toolbar. For more information about reviewing PDFs, see the Marketing Operations User's Guide.

Click Save.

Restart Marketing Operations for the change to take effect.
