To add options to a list
As an administrator, you can populate customizable lists with values. For a description of the lists you can customize, see Customizable lists.
1.
Click Settings > Marketing Operations Settings.
The Administrative Settings page displays.

Click List Definitions.
The List Definitions page displays.

The List Properties page displays.

Click Save Changes to save your changes.
