To import shared attributes
You can import only attributes that are enabled. For more information, see To create and enable a shared attribute.
1.
Open the form in which you want to use the shared attributes.
2.
On the Add an Element tab, click Import Shared Attributes.
The Shared Attributes dialog box displays.
3.
In the list on the left, select the attributes that you want to import then click >> to move them into the Selected Attributes list.
4.
Click Import and Close.
