对预算启用供应商列

如果您要使供应商列在用户编辑预算行项时可见，那么必须在设置 > 配置 > Marketing Operations > umoConfiguration 下将 FMPrgmVendorEnabled 和 FMProjVendorEnabled 配置参数设置为 true。
