To require a deny reason
To require a deny reason when users deny an approval, you complete the following configuration steps.

Set the specifyDenyReason configuration parameter to true under Settings > Configuration >Operações de Marketing > umoConfiguration > Approvals. For more information, see the IBM® Operações de Marketing Installation Guide.

To enable this feature for stand-alone approvals, you select the Approval Deny Reason options that apply to this type of approval. Select Settings > Operações de Marketing Settings > Associate Deny Reasons with Stand-alone Approvals.
