By default, IBM® Operações de Marketing updates the alert count every three minutes (180 seconds). You can change the default to any value you wish by editing the alertCountRefreshPeriodInSeconds parameter under Settings > Configuration > Operações de Marketing > umoConfiguration > notifications.
