To import shared attributes
You can import only attributes that have been enabled.
1.
Open the form in which you want to use the shared attributes.
2.
On the Add an Element tab, click
Import Shared Attributes
.
The Shared Attributes dialog box displays.
3.
In the list on the left, select the attributes you want to import and click the right-facing arrows to move them into the
Selected Attributes
list.
4.
Click
Import and Close
.
