Administrative settings
User Personalization section
When you select Settings > Operações de Marketing Settings, the Administrative Settings page displays. This page contains the following sections and links.
This section contains links for users to customize Operações de Marketing to view and receive information that is important to them. See the IBM® Operações de Marketing User’s Guide for details.
System Administration Settings section
Displays a list of all users authorized to use Operações de Marketing, organized by the groups to which they are assigned. See To assign security roles for details.
Synchronizes the users in Operações de Marketing with the users in the IBM® Plataforma de Marketing. See About synchronizing users for details.
Synchronize the menus in the Plataforma de Marketing with the menus defined in Operações de Marketing.
Contains links for managing Operações de Marketing accounts.
Indicates the status of the batch process for periodically recalculating project health status scores as ON or OFF. Click to toggle the status. Indicates the status of the daily batch process for calculating project health status scores as ON or OFF. Click to toggle the status. For more information, see the Operações de Marketing umoConfiguration | Scheduler | daily configuration parameter in the Operações de Marketing Installation Guide.
Opens a page where you can select Operações de Marketing components to upgrade. See the IBM® Operações de Marketing Installation Guide for details.

Set Enable Auto Addition of Delegate User to yes to add the delegate as a project team member if necessary when a task, approval, or request is assigned.

Set Enable Auto Addition of Delegate User to no to require users to select only a user who is already a team member for all of the same projects as a delegate.

For stand-alone approvals, you can configure Operações de Marketing so that users who deny approval are required to select a reason from a predefined list. See Configuring the approval process.
