Adding marketing object types
You add a marketing object type to IBM® Operações de Marketing before you create marketing object templates, and before users create instances of that type.

IBM® Operações de Marketing does not offer a user interface for updating marketing object types after you add them. Before you begin, determine the state transitions that the marketing object type should offer and collect the information that you need.
