Before you can install IBM® Marketing Operations, you must set up the database and the JDBC connection for the Marketing Operations system tables.

Print the Marketing Operations data source information checklist located at the end of this chapter. Then, as you complete each task in this chapter, fill in the information in your checklist. Having this information written down makes it easier for you to provide the database connection information when you run the IBM® installer later in the installation process.
