You can manually synchronize the IBM® Marketing Operations user tables with the IBM® Marketing Platform user tables. This procedure enables new users to log in to Marketing Operations and for changes to take effect before the next scheduled synchronization as set by the usermanagerSyncTime parameter under Settings > Configuration > Marketing Operations > umoConfiguration.
