Troubleshooting when importing forms

This section describes how to correct some common errors you may receive when you attempt to import a form into the Forms Editor.

Error

Solution

Duplicate form name

The form name is the same as one that already exists in the system. Rename the form file, or open a new form and reimport the form file.

Cannot use names

Some <element> tags have the same name. Rename any duplicate names in <element> tags or open a new form and reimport the form file.
