Step: Register Interact manually, if necessary
If the Interact installer could not connect with the Marketing Platform system tables during the installation process, an error message appears that notifies you of this failure. The installation process will proceed, but if you see the error message, you must import the Interact information into the Marketing Platform system tables manually after the installer closes. Follow the directions for each product as shown in this section.
The utilities mentioned in these procedures are located in the tools/bin directory under your Marketing Platform installation.
