IBM® Interact database information checklist

All of the Interact data sources must be of the same type. For example, if your Campaign system tables are in Oracle databases, all the other databases must be Oracle.

Runtime tables

You may have multiple databases containing runtime tables. Enter the information for each runtime environment.

Contact response history tables

Used only when cross-session tracking is being implemented. These may be the same as your Campaign contact response history tables, or they may be in a different database server or schema.
