Information required for running the runtime environment upgrade tools
Gather the following information about your Interact runtime installation before you run the upgrade tools
aciUpgradeTool_runtab
Target system configuration information

The directory where Marketing Platform is installed
*
Full path of the Interact configuration file (interact_configuration.xml). This file is in the conf directory under your Interact installation.
If you connect to the runtime environment system tables using the web application server, collect the following information.
*
Host name
*
Port
*
User name
*
Password
*
For WebLogic: Full path and file name of the WebLogic JAR file
If you connect to the runtime environment system tables using JDBC, collect the following information.
*
Java™ class name for the JDBC driver
*
JDBC URL
*
Additional properties that are required by the JDBC driver
*
Database user name and password
Target runtime environment database information
*
Catalog (or database) containing the target runtime environment system tables
*
Schema
*
Whether the tables are configured for Unicode
Interact installation on source system
*
Version of Interact you are upgrading from

If you connect to the learning tables using the web application server, collect the following information.
