To register IBM® Interact runtime environment manually
If the Interact installer cannot connect to the Marketing Platform database to register the product, run the configTool utility, using the following example commands as guidelines. This imports configuration properties. Note that you run the utility as many times as there are files. Because there is one file, you must run the utility one time.

You should register only one instance of the Interact runtime environment with the Marketing Platform per server group. All instances of Interact runtime server in a server group use the same set of configuration properties. If you register a second Interact runtime server with the Marketing Platform, you may overwrite previous configuration settings.
configTool -r Interact -f "full_path_to_Interact_RT_installation_directory \conf\interact_configuration.xml"
The Interact runtime environment has no graphical user interface, so there is no need to register any navigation files.
