Step: Configure Interact runtime environment properties
The following properties must be set for basic Interact runtime operation. There are other properties you can configure later to tune your performance.
You must configure these properties for every server group.

Data source for the profile tables for the runtime environment.

Data source for the runtime environment system tables.
*
Data source for the test run tables.

Data source for built-in learning tables. These properties are required only if you are using built-in learning.

Data source of the contact and response history tables for cross-session response tracking. These properties are required only if you are using cross-session response tracking.

Interact > profile > Audience Levels
These categories must match the audience levels you have defined for Campaign, however you only need to configure the audience levels used in interactive flowcharts.
