Back up all files and the system table database used by your old installation of Interact runtime environment. You only need to back up one Interact runtime server per server group.

If your Interact runtime environment installation will require any of the configuration settings from your old Interact version in addition to the new (default) settings in the new version, use the configTool utility to export the old Interact configuration parameters. Specify a different file name for the exported.xml file and note the location to which you save it.
