Upgrade existing interactive flowcharts (only if upgrading from 7.5.x versions)

For upgrades from Interact 7.5.x versions only, after you re-map your tables in the interactive channel, you must reconfigure any process in your interactive flowchart that uses a table, such as Decision, Select, or Snapshot.

Immediately after completing an upgrade, your interactive flowcharts are disabled until you map your user profile tables in the interactive channel and then reselect tables in your processes.

After you re-select the tables in the processes, mark the flowchart for deployment and deploy your interactive channels.

For upgrades from 7.x: A Interact 8.x runtime server is backwards compatible with a 7.5.x deployment. Do not deploy from a version 8.x design environment until you have also upgraded your runtime servers.
