For reporting, the IBM® EMM suite integrates with IBM® Cognos®, a third-party business intelligence application. You use the Cognos® properties to identify the IBM® Cognos® system used by your IBM® installation. Then, for Campaign , eMessage, and Interagir, there are additional configuration properties that you use to set up and customize reporting schemas.
