To map additional table fields required by the PCT
The Optimize process automatically passes required data to the Proposed Contacts Table (PCT), including the audience key fields, the assigned offers, and the contact date. Additional fields might be required in the PCT, such as channel or cost per offer, which you must populate by mapping to an existing field.
You can use any mapped table field or derived field. Derived fields are useful to pass a constant text string, for example, the channel "Call Center - Midwest".
1.
Click the Optimize tab in the Optimize process.
The Optimize tab displays.

Click the field that you would like to map to the unmapped field from the Field Name column.

Click
Add
.
The field name displays in the same row as the unmapped field, in the Export Fields section.
4.
Repeat the first two steps for each field that you would like to map.
5.
Click
OK
to save your process configurations.
