To configure an eMessage process
You define, populate, and maintain recipient lists by configuring an eMessage process in a flowchart.
1.
In Campaign, locate the flowchart containing the eMessage process that you want to configure and open the flowchart for editing.

In the flowchart, do one of the following:

Double-click the eMessage process.

Right-click the eMessage process and select Process Configuration from the context menu.
The eMessage Process Configuration window opens.

Do any of the following:

On the Source tab, select input cells to specify email recipients.
*
On the Output tab, map data sources to personalization fields that you define. Specify a display name for each personalization field.
*
On the General tab, assign a name to the eMessage process.
4.
To save your changes, click OK.
