About referencing a list of email recipients
You must reference a recipient list in an eMessage mailing.
The list specifies who should receive personalized email sent as part of the email marketing campaign. It contains recipient information required to personalize the eMessage document that defines the content of the email.
On the mailing tab, you select a recipient list from a menu of recipient lists that the List Designer has created in the campaign. To create a recipient list and make it available for reference in the mailing configuration, the List Designer must have previously configured and saved an eMessage process in a campaign flowchart. The flowchart must exist in the campaign where you have created the mailing.
