Problem or error
: The
Campaign
session utility (
unica_acsesutil
) is unable to authenticate with the database.
Solution
: Make sure that:
The Campaign user has a data source entry for the system tables database. See the installation documentation for more information.
The database's
bin
directory has been added to the user's
PATH
in the
setenv
file.
The database's
bin
directory has been added to the user's library
PATH
in
setenv
file (UNIX only).
