Unable to remove PID -1 listings in Campaign Server Manager
Problem or error: A process ID (PID) equal to -1 is persistently listed in the Campaign Server Manager (unica_svradm) status.
Solution: This may occur when a campaign exits prematurely.
Use the following procedure.
To eliminate the -1 PIDs from the Server Manager status list

Remove or rename the unica_aclsnr.udb file.
This file tells the Campaign listener what server processes are running, so if the file does not exist, the listener does not try to reconnect to any server processes.
The file is located in the bin or conf directory under your Campaign installation, unless the Campaign listener is running as a Windows service. In that case, the file is located in the system32 directory.

Restart the Campaign listener.
The Server Manager status should not show any PID -1 processes.
