Problem or error: After running a Segment process, Campaign displays the following error:

Solution: When selecting a table mapped from a database or flat file as input to a Segment process, if the table contains a column heading that uses a reserved word (either a function name or keyword) from the IBM ® Macro Language, the Segment process will fail and Campaign will display Error 11302. This error also displays if you profile the field that contains the reserved word.

To work around this problem, modify the table or file to remove the reserved words from the column headings and remap the table. For information about the IBM ® Macro Language reserved words, see the IBM ® Macros for IBM® EMM User's Guide.
