Invalid SQL if previously mapped tables in ODBC data sources contain DATE/TIME/TIMESTAMP fields

Problem or error: If previously mapped tables in ODBC data sources contain DATE/TIME/TIMESTAMP fields, Campaign might generate invalid SQL.

Solution: Perform the following steps to avoid any run-time or configuration-time issues with table creation:

For affected customers upgrading from version 7.x only

Delete the unica_tbmgr.cache file after upgrading. This file is usually located in the Campaign\partitions\partition[n]\conf directory. Deleting it causes the Campaign system tables to be automatically remapped when the server is restarted. This is necessary in Campaign 7.x because Campaign creates a temporary table during response tracking that uses some system tables as a source.

For all affected customers, remap all user tables that reside in an ODBC data source and contain at least one DATE/TIME/TIMESTAMP field.
