How to troubleshoot the date display format
Problem or error: The date display in Campaign is not in the expected format.
Solution: When the date display in Campaign (and/or the datetime format in 7.x versions) is not in the expected format, use the following procedure to troubleshoot.

To troubleshoot the date display format
1.
Verify that Campaign is referencing the system tables correctly and that there is only one group of configuration entries for the system tables.
2.
Verify that the DateFormat configuration property specifies the desired format.
3.
Log in to Campaign as a user with administrator privileges.
4.
On the Campaign Campaign Settings page, select Manage table mappings.
5.
In the list of IBM ® system tables, verify that the date columns of the Campaign system tables have the correct format.
The format for date columns is listed at the bottom of the table manager when you select a table.
