Cell List Report not exported to Excel if Campaign is configured using the domain name
Problem or error
: If the URL used to access your
Campaign
web application contains a domain name, the output from Cell List Reports will fail to export to Microsoft Excel.
Solution
: To work around this issue:
1.
Add the URL of the
Campaign
web application to the local intranet security zone in Internet Explorer.
2.
Restart the Internet Explorer browser.
