To create folders to organize triggers

When editing a flowchart, select Tools > Stored Triggers.
The Stored Trigger Definitions window opens.

Click New Folder.
The Create Folder window opens.

Enter a Name for the folder.

In the Create Under drop-down list, select the folder in which to create the new folder, or select None to create a top-level folder.

A sub-folder automatically inherits its security policy from its parent folder.
7.
Click Save.
