To create a strategic segment

Working with strategic segments requires the appropriate permissions. For information on permissions, see the Campaign Administrator's Guide.
Strategic segments are created and made available for selection only when the CreateSeg process has run successfully in production mode. Configuring the CreateSeg process is not sufficient. Running the process in test mode does not create a strategic segment or update an existing one.
1.
Create a session, or open an existing session for editing.

Segment names have specific character restrictions. For details, see A propos des caractères spéciaux.

Build a flowchart whose final output process is the CreateSeg process.
3.
Click Save and Return when you have finished creating your flowchart.
The flowchart is saved. The strategic segments are listed on the All Segments page and are available for use in all campaigns.
