To set parameters in offers assigned to cells
After you assign offers to cells in a flowchart contact process, you can specify the values for any parameterized attributes that are used in the offers.
1.
Open a flowchart in Edit mode.

Double-click the Mail List or Call List contact process whose offer you want to adjust.

Click the Parameters tab. You see the interface for specifying the parameter values for each input cell.

In the For Cell(s) field, use the list to select a cell by name, or select [All Cells] to assign the same parameter values to all cells. You can also click the ellipsis button to open the Select Cells to Use dialog.
For the selected cells, you see one row for each offer/parameter combination.

Selecting [All Cells] provides the conglomerate view of cells/offers/parameters.

For each offer/parameter combination, click the Assigned Value field to display the available values (if applicable), or edit the text in the field. For every cell that received the offer, the parameter value is set to the value you enter.

If there are multiple cells that are assigned to the same offer but with different values for the same parameter, one row is displayed for that offer, but [Multiple Values] is displayed in the Assigned Value column.

Click OK.
