To add a new process to a flowchart
You add a process to a flowchart by clicking a process box in the palette, then clicking in the flowchart workspace.
You can also copy an existing configured process, or paste a template from the template library. Templates contain one or more configured processes and connections.

Note that you cannot drag the box to a location. You must click.
When you add processes, try to place them in a logical order in the flowchart, based on the campaign flow. Avoid placing process boxes on top of each other in the workspace. If this happens, click the top process box and move it so you can see the next box in the stack.
Newly added processes are gray until they are configured. Configured processes are displayed in color based on their type (data manipulation processes are blue, run processes are red, and optimization processes are green).

Typically, the next step is to configure the process, by double-clicking it in the workspace and using the resulting dialogs. You must connect the boxes to determine the workflow. (Some processes must be connected before they are configured because they require input from a source process.) For example, you might configure a Select process to select households in a specific earning bracket, then connect it to an Audience or Merge process. Finally, you would test run the process. Save your flowchart frequently as you work.
