The inputs to a recipient list result from configuring and running a flowchart in Campaign. To use a flowchart to select email recipients, you must add an eMessage process to the flowchart. The eMessage process is one of the Campaign processes that you can select when editing a flowchart.

Use the Source tab on an eMessage process to add groups of individuals to the recipient list, as follows.
