Campaigns with treatments and contact history cannot be deleted

Once treatments and contact history are generated for a campaign, that campaign cannot be deleted. In other words, any campaign or flowchart containing a contact process that has been run in production cannot be deleted. To delete such a campaign or flowchart, you must first clear history from each contact process in the campaign or flowchart, then retry the delete.
