Notes about setting the language and locale on Windows

If the regional and language options on a Windows system are not yet configured for the language you need, do so now. If you need information about Windows language settings, see http://www.microsoft.com/globaldev/handson/user/xpintlsupp.mspx

Note that you might need your system installation CD to complete this task.

Be sure to restart the Windows system after you change the language settings.
